In the production of bricks and roof tiles, clay, loam and other ingredients are mixed to form. Since moisture content is as important to the drying process as it is to burning the tiles, they are continuously monitored by RGI sensors. Based on the properties of the material, it has been proven over the years to integrate a compaction unit immediately after the screen feeder (or disc mill) for optimal results.
